Birmingham’s mobile 311 App was developed to aid residents in promptly reporting non-emergency concerns across various categories such as street maintenance, waste or recycling issues, street light requests, potholes, damaged street signs, trees, and roads. The application utilizes GPS to identify the user’s location and offers a selection of common quality-of-life issues to choose from. Users can include photos or videos with their reports and monitor their status through the app. In addition, residents can keep track of the progress of submissions made by other community members and be informed when they are resolved. The MY BHAM 311 app streamlines the process of reporting local issues in our city. For inquiries about municipal services, contact our 311 call center at 205-254-2489, visit us online at www.birminghamal.gov/311, or reach out via email at 311@birminghamal.gov.
